JJ Foundation Photography Competition for Young People 2017 – Judging Panel

JJ Foundation Photography Competition for Young People 2017 – Judging Panel

Over the years, we have been proud to sponsor many worthy charities including Teenage Cancer Trust, Dallaglio Foundation and Macmillan. In 2017 we increased our commitment to creative talent by establishing the JJ Foundation.

Our aim? To inspire, support and motivate young photographers and filmmakers in the pursuit of their creative goals and careers.

As part of JJ Foundation, we are running a photography competition for young people and have some incredible prizes up for grabs, from free studio hire to a DSLR.

No competition is complete without a knowledgeable and talented judging panel and it’s with that that we are thrilled to announce our lineup for the JJ Foundation Photography Competition 2017. Joining Johnny Jones (JJ Media Chairman & Co-Founder) on the panel will be Rick Truscott, Rob and Nicky Carter and Nick Turpin.

Rick Truscott (represented by LGA) is a fashion/beauty photography and filmmaker who shoots regularly around the world for many of JJ’s clients.

Johnny Jones is Chairman and Co founder of JJ Media Group and the JJ Foundation.
Also a photographer, he recently completed a series of portraits entitled ‘Shoot the Owner.’ He sought to capture a selection of our unique and individual photographic and film locations and their owners. Very rarely seen in front of the camera, the creators of these inspirational locations were photographed in their homes, styled in their own inimitable way. Johnny has created a wonderful selection of 90 photographic prints capturing each owner’s unique and wonderful character, whilst cleverly depicting how their homes are a reflection and an extension of themselves. https://www.instagram.com/johnnyjonesjj/
